Sub-processors

Version 2026-08-10. Annex to the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

This page is the current list of the sub-processors AIfabrikken ApS uses to deliver the chatbot service, cf. section 6 of the Data Processing Agreement. Additions or replacements are notified at least 30 days in advance by e-mail to the Customer's administrators, cf. section 7 of the DPA.

Current sub-processors

Mistral AI (France) — language model and embeddings
Jina AI (Germany) — search reranking
Speechmatics (United Kingdom — adequacy) — speech-to-text
Gladia (France) — speech-to-text (being phased out)
Cloudflare, Inc. (USA — certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; EU data centres) — DNS, WAF/bot protection, proxying of chatbot traffic and certificate issuance. Cloudflare terminates TLS at the network edge and therefore processes traffic content (including conversations) in transit; the specific processing location is typically the EU but cannot be guaranteed on the current subscription. Fabrikken is actively working to phase out Cloudflare in favour of a purely European solution, which is expected to go live during the summer/early autumn of 2026.
